Biscuit Cheese Cake
(should give it a better name, but~what is it then?)
materials :
- cheese (2 packets)
- marie biscuit (1 packet)
- marjerin (1 packet)
- gelatin powder (1/4 bottle)
- condense milk (1/2 huge canned)
- ideal milk (1 huge canned)
- orange juice (a little)
method :
Beat the cheese until smoothly, add in condense milk, milk, marjerin, orange juice.
Put in gelatin(which had been mixed with a little hot water)
Put some mixture into a plate, apply a layer of marie biscuit, cover the biscuit with the mixture agian, and apply marie biscuit on it once again....until you finished all your mixture.

and we should pour upside down to let the biscuit cake to drop out
so haven taken the up view
but i am sure it is very pretty^^
specially thanks to Yu Yi and Jeng, for teaching and helping me~!
and this is the 1st time of mine of doing cake..=)
a cake which do no need baking, steaming, is easy to make~!
