15th day(resignation) / making Mix Fruit Cake

i pass up my resignation letter to Chief =)

will be having my last day of my working on Sunday...

this is because i am going to Bintulu with daddy on tuesday(26 May 2009) =)

and will be going to Kuching on friday (29 May 2009)...

cousin wedding on 2 June 2009

starts my ENGLISH COURSE on 8 June 2009.

continue my FOUNDATION BUSINESS on 10 August 2009.

feeling sad, feeling weird, feeling tired, feeling unhappy, feeling pressure, feeling things is not going to change, feeling that parents is "pian1 xin1", feeling that ....feeling this....

let's do somethings healthy to forget those unhappy =)

Ingredian :

1. one box of "Fruit Cake Mix"

2. one box of "Mix Fruit"

3. 125 grams Butter

4. 4 eggs

5. a Glass Ware/bowl/baking tray

Method :

1. beat the Fruit Cake Mix with eggs (adding egg one by one)

2. add in butter, and beat until it smooth.

3. add in Mix Fruit, and mix well

4. pour into a Glass Ware/bowl/baking tray

5. steam/bake until it cooks (use a toothpicks and put into the cake, if there is nothing sticks on the toothpicks, means the cake is cook)
