was given a bowl of "wa3 dan3 ho2" as my breakfast, which cooked by hotel wet kitchen.. =)
then i help "Baker"(who bakes bread,curry puff, sardine roll, and otherssss...) to fold some doll(to make bun), and learn to roll bread...
i did(learnt) :
1. santan agar-agar
2. pandan + santan agar-agar
3. Avogado Chilled Cheese Cake (original +avogado)
4. Chocolate Chilled Cheese Cake (original + chocolate)
5. Double Black Chilled Cheese Cake (original+chocolate)
6. Tiramitsu (Chilled Cheese Cake) (original+coffee)
7. Strawberry Chilled Cheese Cake (Swiss Roll cover whole bowl, pour in Cheese mixture, put a sponge on top, terbalik it when want to take it out)
8. adding MUFFIN mixture into the paper cup. (the muffin looks nicer than PRO-baker's production) (muffin looks nice, if the head is a bit break break,comment by baker)
9. rolling bread, to make huge hard bread
10. folding little doll, to make little bun/looks like pie
11. decorating plate(agar-agar) using Banana Leaves and Orchid Flower
12. TODAY, I DO THE CAKES myself, by preparing the ingredians, mixing, and put into the oven by myself, just didnt take out from the oven only, and didnt take out from the moult.
